We are in touch with our factories daily. We make regular trips to visit our factories to maintain relationships and keep us informed as to new technologies and equipment that our factories have instituted.

Our factories can offer product development advice when requested.

Keep in mind that imported product offers substantial savings on secondary operations such as assembly, hole tapping, etc. For metal products (tubular, stampings and sheet metal) ask us to quote including your finishing requirements. We can accommodate almost any of your requirements, including electroplating (zinc, brass, chrome) and powder coating.

You can submit your proposal to LP International by:

When submitting your proposal by phone, fax or mail, please mention that you visited our website.

Inquiries should include:

  1. A drawing with all dimensions and specifications, including material requirements. Drawings can be faxed, emailed or mailed. If emailed, both our office and the factories have the required programs to open most attached drawings, including (but not limited to) auto-cad .dwg or .dwf, solid works, .pdf , .jpg and as simple a format as .tif.
  2. A sample, if a drawing is not available, along with details as normally included in drawings.
  3. Any special packaging requirements. Otherwise, packaging is always done in a way to prevent damage to its contents as well as maximizing space to allow for the lowest possible freight costs.
  4. Purchase order quantities to quote.
  5. For blanket purchase orders, quantities of each release and the days between releases (30 – 60 – 90 etc.).
  6. End use of the product. This is needed to obtain the correct tariff number which is required for customs clearance.

We will quote per your drawing. We will contact you to discuss any relevant issues per the following 2 points prior to quoting:

  1. Any requirement on your drawing or RFQ that we cannot duplicate.
  2. Any requirement on your drawing or RFQ that with a change offers cost savings do to material substitution, changes in print dimensions and/or tolerances, methods of manufacturing or quote quantities.

Depending on the complexity of your inquiry, your normal wait for a quote is between one and five days. Feel free to either email or give us a call to personally discuss your requirements or answer any of your questions.

We thank you for visiting our web site, and we look forward to receiving your inquiry.
